The Philippine Coffee Board invites coffee industry stakeholders to apply for Growing Coffee for a Sustainable Future: Agroforestry and Organic Principles, a free nine-week hybrid training program organized by Naturland in partnership with the Philippine Coffee Board.
Running from July 27 to September 23, 2026, the course combines online learning with hands-on field training to equip participants with practical knowledge on organic coffee production, agroforestry, and sustainable farming systems. The program is designed to help strengthen the technical capacity of coffee professionals while supporting the long-term sustainability of the Philippine coffee industry.
The course is intended for:
- Technical staff from agricultural and coffee companies
- Farmer group leaders and cooperative managers
- Agri-entrepreneurs interested in sustainable or certified coffee production
Participation in the course is free of charge. Participants will only be responsible for their transportation costs for the face-to-face field training, which will be held in Tuburan, Cebu.
As a long-time advocate for education and capacity building in the coffee sector, the Philippine Coffee Board is pleased to support this initiative with Naturland. The partnership reflects both organizations’ shared commitment to promoting sustainable coffee production and developing future-ready coffee professionals.
