With over 30 years experience in coffee, Nicky is the coffee historian and an astute green coffee quality specialist.

PACITA U. JUAN
President and Co-Chair
Chit is an advocate of organic coffee production and sustainable farming. She has been promoting Philippine coffee locally and internationally for over 20 years. She is renowned for leading the International Women's Coffee Alliance in the Philippines and the rest of Southeast Asia. Chit is a multi-awarded entrepreneur, globally recognized for her impact on social entrepreneurship and women empowerment through business. She is the current First Vice President of the ASEAN Coffee Federation.

ALEJANDRO C. MOJICA
Director
Andy is an agriculturist and renowned in coffee research for over 20 years. He started the somatic embryogenesis for Barako or the Liberica variety. He is known as the King of Barako, having written the book "Barako: The Big Bean".

GLICERIO Y. LUMAGBAS
Treasurer
Glicerio spent many years in Nestle as an Agronomist and knows of many coffee origins and sources around the country

RENE R. TONGSON
Director
Rene hails from Negros but has lived in Amadeo, Cavite for most of his life. He knows the farmer groups on the ground in this coffee town in Luzon.

THERESA CAPELLAN
Director
Theresa is a retired agriculture executive who has worked in corn, swine and energy projects primarily in Mindanao.

EMMANUEL U. TORREJON
Director 
Manny has spent most of his 30 years in coffee as a roaster and continues to be an avid enthusiast in roasting specialty coffee.

PRINCESS KUMALA SUG-ELARDO
Director 
Princess Lalah has been the poster lady of coffee in ARMM since she organized her cooperative, the People's Alliance For Progress Multi Purpose Cooperative (PAP-MPC) in 2009.

GUILLERMO M. LUZ
Founding Trustee
Bill is responsible for gathering the coffee stakeholders back in 2002 to what is now a 21-year-old authority in coffee. He is the current Chairman of Liveable Cities Philippines and the Chief Resiliency Officer of the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation. Bill is an avid coffee drinker and has also tried to plant coffee.

ROBERT FRANCISCO
Technical Director 
Robert has been in the coffee industry since 1993. He has a wealth of experience in coffee shop operations and in running a roastery. Robert is a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at UP Diliman. He took courses in Culinary Arts and other related interests. He is the lead instructor of the UCC Coffee Academy in the Philippines and a certified head trainer of the ASEAN Coffee Institute. Robert is also a CQI Q Assistant Instructor, a CQI Arabica Q Grader, and a CQI Processing Professional.
